Roman Kudrlička studied legal sciences at the Charles University, the Faculty of Law in Prague and the Institute of Industrial Property in Prague. He has had more than 20 years of experience in legal practice. He specializes in Commercial Law, Civil Law, as well as Competition and Intellectual property Law. Further, he is the arbitrator of a Limited Liability Company for Auctions and Arbitrations and a member of the Association of Intemediators and Arbitrators in Intellecutal Property Rights in Prague. Since 2005 he has lectured Competition Law at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.

Jiří Sedlák studied Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and continued in his studies of Intellectual Property Protection in the Czech Republic and in Switzerland. Before starting the office, he had practised in the Patent Department of the company Robert Bosch. He has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property Law and has compiled and registered over 3,000 applications of trademarks, patents and designs in the Czech Republic and – in cooperation with foreign attorneys – in about 50 countries all around the world. His experience includes advising in patent and trademark disputes and IP matters in general. He specialises in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, information technology and physics. Since 2005 he has lectured patent protection at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.

Mgr. Jiří Drvota

Jiří Drvota studied legal sciences at the Masaryk University in Brno, and joined the office in 2004. In particular, he focuses on Commercial Law and Civil Law. He is experienced in representing clients before courts and is concerned with contract law and infringement cases.

Miluše Procházková graduated from the Commercial Academy in České Budějovice, and from the Institute of Industrial Property in Prague. She joined the office KUDRLIČKA & SEDLÁK in 1995. She has more than 10 years of experience in the area of trademarks. She has a detailed knowledge in trademark searches and registration proceedings. Recently, she has been studying at the College of Public Administration and International Relations in Prague and is currently preparing for the Patent and Trade Mark Attorney´s qu e.

Petra Brůžková graduated from the Advanced Vocational School of Economics in 1999. She also graduated from the Institute of Industrial Property in Prague. She joined the office KUDRLIČKA & SEDLÁK in 2002. She specializes in patent and trademark searches, and she is experienced in working with databases and on-line systems of trademark and patent monitoring.
